Sara was my service technician and she was so nice so was everyone else. I was rear ended and my back bumper was pulled out from its sockets and they fixed it like it was just new, like it never happened. I’m so impressed!! When I got my car back it was also washed and the insides were cleaned and vacuumed too. So thankful! Thank you everyone!

Always looking for decent body shop that does quality work? Well after talking to the local Chevrolet Dealer, they recommended "Kniesel's" , and why not, because they correct damages to new vehicles to be sold. I have been taking my vehicle to "Kniesel's" since a storm damage in February of 2024 and recently being rear ended by an uninsured driver. First class service. Very professional and completed the work faster than quoted. My vehicle looks like new. Highly recommended!
Very poor communication, had to mange the process myself. I was told 3 days, took 3 weeks which would be fine but no contact and no updates. Did not follow through with things they said they would do. Nice enough people but just lack professionalism. I will not return.
