About this business
I began to study painting at Niagara County Community College and, after moving to Fredonia in 2013, I started their drawing and painting program at SUNY Fredonia State with Cuban-American painter Alberto Rey. In 2015 after graduating with honors (cum laude) from the SUNY Fredonia, I began to work with adults with disabilities as well as the elderly to create artworks as an Art Facilitator. Artistic Chaos is one of the most talented painters I know in the WNY area and I know many. Her command of color and form is nothing short of extraordinary. She has created so many works of art in her time and I'm truly excited to see what is to come.
Cecelia is a magnificent artist with a great eye. She's a wonderful person, easy to deal with and uniquely creative. I cannot recommend her or her work enough.
I commissioned Cecelia at Artistic Chaos to paint a piece for our anniversary. She shipped it from New York to Oregon! We gave her photos of us throughout our lives and discussed meanings and symbolism, the mood the painting should provoke, etc. Cecelia is an amazing artist with the education and skills to paint anything you put her to task for.
