I have no problem spending money with local businesses that answers phones (not a robot phone tree), shows up to work, and goes out of the way to be quick and professional as well as being priced fairly. I called on a Monday the appointment scheduled for the following day Tuesday. They had me in and out sooner than I was expecting and the employees really stepped up to get me on my way ASAP.
