He gets one star because you cannot choose 0 Stars. Art is a highly unprofessional man when it comes to keeping a schedule. He was supposed to be at my office on Monday at 10 o'clock to fix a couple pieces of furniture for me. I could not get a hold of them Monday at all Tuesday he called me back, and made an appointment for Saturday at 9 a.m. Art then broke that appointment without calling and I could not get a hold of him on Saturday.
