I just renewed my lease. The apartment itself is great and affordable for its amenities offered. No bug issues as seen in previous reviews. Small staff so not the fastest when it comes to responses/maintenance. Would recommend living here if you want a one bed room and okay living not close to downtown.

Loading dock in the back is in an odd spot and that alley has an abnormal amount of high traffic so expect to deal with upset neighbors if your moving in or out of the property
