Honestly very disappointing services. Promised to rent wedding decor materials to me then completely ghosted me 3 weeks before the wedding - finally reached out to me again on the day of the wedding. Seems like they are only interested in servicing customers who spend a certain amount of money. Wasted a lot of my time and added unnecessary stress.
