Terra is the worst at communication. She show up to the job unannounced on her own schedule, with no regard to the customer and their schedule. Terrible to schedule her when she refuses to return calls, texts or email from her client. Her proposal states a payment of 50% up front then the balance upon completion of the work. Halfway through the project she's asking for more money, no way. Finish the job and I'll pay you! She'll call you when she wants money but won't for any other reason.
