When I first signed up and attended concerts a few years ago, there was much more variety of styles/genres. I’m glad there are organisations like Artist Series Concerts which support and encourage artists today. But I’d really enjoy hearing and supporting a wider variety of artists. There should be room for all styles!
I go to many concerts hosted by the Artist Series and I’m never disappointed. The performers are top notch and the venues also. The price is very reasonable and the staff is very helpful. I’m obviously a fan of the organization!
This organization supports emerging musical artists. They have a large outreach focus to get professional artists into the schools and offer discounted performance tickets to students as well.
