If I could give zero stars, I would. The service I received was sloppy and completely unprofessional. It was an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish. Last time I left a review, it was conveniently removed — likely because I mentioned who actually worked on me. Well, let me clarify: it was the old woman there, and the result was nothing short of careless. I have been getting my nails done for over 30 years & I found this salon about 2 years ago. This by far is the best salon I have ever gone to. All the staff is friendly & easy to communicate with. It's very clean inside & I've never had to wait for my appointment when I've scheduled it in advance. I typically see one professional, but on occasion I have had my nails done by different techs and they've all done a great job. Fantastic! My pedicure was amazing. I have terrible plantar fascitis so I can't have my heels scraped or scrubbed hard.. the gentleman who did my pedicure was SO gentle and considerate!! Will be back! Kicking myself for not getting his name to book again!
