Food was good. Service poor the waiter Eric never returned to our table to replenish drinks or inquire if we needed anything. Don’t think we will be going back. Also 2.00 up charge for bread when the meal was a little pricy?
My family and I had the pleasure of dining at Artisans on Saturday evening, and from the moment we walked in until we left, we had a fantastic experience. We had a 7:30 PM reservation and were seated promptly in the dining room away from the bar, which made for a quiet, comfortable, and relaxing atmosphere. Terrible! Absolutely awful service. Do not recommend. The food and took over an hour to get when we were the only ones in the restaurant. Waiter disappeared never came back to refill our drinks or bring us even any type of bread. When the food did come out, the server was so slow that we had to help him take the food off of the carrying tray and get it on the table to the correct people.
