Worst experience ever! The problem with Artisans is logistics. They delayed our home build by a year and never came on time as promised. This then had a cascading effect on plumbing, tile, etc, which then delayed us even further. The installers were great and routinely apologized for the unforgivable delays in production and delivery. Eventually we had to sever our relationship, but have paid for what had been completed. Now one of their suppliers is claiming to have not been paid and petitioning us to pay again! I am a building professional who has worked with John and his crew. We recently had a full kitchen remodel of a home being prepared for a new out of state occupant. The crew worked late nights and installed over the weekend to meet the templating schedule. Superb workmanship, commitment to quality. Very happy with service.

They did an overall decent job in cabinetry and accessory work. Where they failed miserably was umerous incidents when they failed to show up at agreed upon times, then ignoring our contacts by phone or email, for reveral days after each incident.
