Absolutely wonderful company. Im in NJ, they picked up and dropped off my rug. The service was beyond spectacular. I bought a rug that was stained, smelled awful and needed cleaning. Couldn’t be happier. Stains removed, smell is clean and the sticky residue gone! I cannot recommend this company enough. My experience with these guys was very worse. They behave like unprofessional people. I don't like their service too.
They took great care with a beloved small Turkish rug of mine that was in desperate need of cleaning - even cut a new mat and added stitching to prevent fraying edges. The rug looks more beautiful now than it did when I first got it!
Meet was a pleasure to do business with. He was very prompt, pleasant and professional. He gave me a very reasonable quote for repairing and cleaning my three rugs, came to my house to pick them up and return them, and had great advice on how to repair them. They are almost like new again. Highly recommend Artisans of the Loom.
We have had them clean our Persian rugs multiple times. The pieces are great, and service is even better. Always on time, friendly and professional. Plus, very knowledgeable. We highly recommend!
