This branch is the most incompetent artisans branch in all of DE I knew I should have driven 20 min out of my way to any other branch to make this deposit because ANYTIME you make a deposit of over a $1,000 the manager feels it necessary to put a hold on the account even when she technically can’t on a business account and it’s the same employer each time issuing the the checks. Always kind staff
Nice people but very hand tied with procedure from Mgt . Interior of branch is a throw back to 1980 and policies followed for procedures is also a throw back to 1980. If your not looking for the most modern form of banking this is the bank for you
