Went in and asked about the 1900 Ballistixx model - was told I can only order online. That's fine - the problem lies in that the girl there was unhelpful. If she would have asked are you stuck on that model, because we have these and these and actually took the time to show us what they had in store perhaps we would have stayed and made a purchase. However, the lack of helpfulness, the overall snooty attitude of the staff, has made me not ever want to shop here. Perhaps training on how to be helpful and make up sales would b... read more
