It's a very small company which means that they have somewhat limited resources. But they are always always attentive and polite, even if it's occasionally difficult to get an instant response from the service side. I've used the company for more than 20 years and plan to stay with them.
Let me start off by saying that not everything is a joke with this company. I give credit to the guys that work with Jerry. The Hispanic guy is really knowledgeable and respectful. He seems to really know what he is doing. He and the other guy should be left alone to do all the work by themselves and be well compensated for it. The owner Jerry is fantastic. He’s always available and can fix most problems very quickly. He’s a small business owner and has been in business over 25 years. We’ve used him for three years so far and have been very pleased.
