Lovely Sake, many choices of preparations, tasting room is cozy and welcoming! Need to try them all!
Always wanted to try this place. Tried it and was disappointed. The server was friendly but wasn't trained properly in how to professionally serve. Was told we could take menus outside and look through, then order at the counter. We spent some time trying to figure out which flight to order, finally decided. Went in to order and one of the flights that we wanted was sold out. It would have been nice to have been told that BEFORE spending all that time hemming and hawwing. We also ordered food. I visited here 7 years ago when Masa was in the smaller location next-door. On this return trip to Vancouver, this spot was on the “must visit” at Granville Island. I was very happy to see Masa still behind the scenes. Definitely try the Sake flights at this place if you are in the area
