If I could give Artisan ten stars, I would! The results are nothing short of extraordinary—my rugs returned looking more vibrant and plush than the day I bought them. It’s clear they treat every piece like a work of art. The best part of the experience was the owner, Aaron. He is incredibly kind and friendly, and his passion for his craft is truly infectious. It is rare to find such genuine warmth and professionalism these days. If your rugs need some love, look no further; Artisan is the gold standard and Aaron is a gem!
I asked Aaron to install my new rug & remove the old one. He voluntarily took the new rug which was creased from the long journey from Turkey to his shop, straightened it out, cut my old pad to fit & wrapped the old rug for storage. Above & beyond my expectations!
Aaron was very knowledgeable and honest in helping me decide whether I should clean and keep a rug I thrifted or toss it. Would definitely come back here!

The Aaron, is trustworthy and excellent. He cleaned two large rungs that had 5 years of pet living in them. My designer selected the rugs more on aesthetics than clean-ability, so I was skeptical of the results. Aaron went above and beyond and I am very happy with the results! I discussed the job with 2 other local companies. Aaron had no sales pitch, lead with clarity and helped me significantly.
