Contacted Artisan to replace a poorly installed roof. Had a leak over kitchen area. When they came out to inspect they pointed out things like the ridge vent was not cut in proper. Well they replaced roof and didn't fix any of the ridge vent. I had asked for the moldy plywood to be replaced. Told me not necessary. Well now roof is still leaking and they told me to have disaster company come look. First thing they said was moldy plywood must come out. So now a new roof is covering the same problems.
