I called your office friday, January 16th and spoke with Dave. I explained the problem I was having with my hot water heater. He asked if I was able to troubleshoot with him, I was not since I was at work. I called my son, waking him up, and had him call Dave. Dave had him check 1 thing and my problem was solved.
