⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed with Artisan Plumbing & Heating Ltd. The plumber and supervisor were rude and dismissive when questioned, and the service focused on unnecessary work that appeared aimed at overcharging rather than properly fixing the issue. Their staff was working in the upstairs bathroom to fix a water dripping issue, but instead of resolving it, their unprofessional handling caused flooding in my unit three separate times. Our building uses Artisan for regular services so I hired them to replace my hot water tank. All went smoothly, they kept my place clean. It did take longer than I thought it would because they were doing another hot water tank in the building and splitting the time between us. I'm happy with the result. I'd hire them again!

I wish I had the before and after video but you can see that there is no issue when switching from cold to hot or hot to cold water, thanks to amazing service Daniel provided. Overall, Artisan Plumbing is the best we so far had - they are professional, on time, and they fix the issue you have. Period. Highly recommended for any customer looking to their services! Special thanks to the team with booking and making the arrangements as soon as possible. You guys are as good as your service personal in the front line ❤️🙏

Artisan did a fantastic job, which was somewhat complex in my case. Excellent communication with Edmond, and first class professional trades: Plumber Amir 10/10, and Drywaller/Painter David 10/10. Both were prompt, friendly, hard-working and thorough. We could not be happier. Highly recommended.

15+ years ago I used to use Artisan at a rental condo and received good service. I do not know what has changed, but my recent attempt to use them landed me with a bill over $300 and no repair to the rental condo shower after three months. First they couldn't find the part. Then they found a very expense source (about $500) for which I had to give permission. Ultimately they did not charge me for the part because it was the wrong part.
