Very disappointed by the office booking staff. We have had past work done replacing toilets, faucets and shower controllers etc. We asked when they come back to our building could we have an appointment- no problem. We are loyal customers along with our strata. We are on the bottom or on no list due to commercial jobs and they are fully booked for the next month. It wasn't that way when we called two weeks ago. Artisan did a fantastic job, which was somewhat complex in my case. Excellent communication with Edmond, and first class professional trades: Plumber Amir 10/10, and Drywaller/Painter David 10/10. Both were prompt, friendly, hard-working and thorough. We could not be happier. Highly recommended.

Just a wonderful and reliable family company. Mr. Desmond came to my suite as there was a water leak in my jacuzzi running into my dining room, behind the walls. Desmond found the fault pretty well immediately and never stopped running back and forth between the jacuzzi area and the dining room checking to see if the water had stopped flowing through the walls, which it then had. Just an amazing plumber with about 35 years of experience whom I highly recommend. He is coming here today again to fix a stoppage in my guest bath... read more

We had to call in Artisan Plumbing on Boxing Day as our sink in the kitchen was plugged. Aaron was the person who came to our suite. Wow customer service is obviously very important to this company. Aaron was absolutely amazing. It took quite a while to unplug both our sink and the bathroom next door. He couldn't do enough to help us. He did such an amazing job of cleaning up afterwards that I even asked if he could do some housework for me if I provided the vacuum. He had a good laugh about that.
