I purchased a new pair of frames and new lenses in December. The doctor talked me into special lenses for eye strain and decreased my prescription. When I got the new glasses they gave me headaches and I couldn’t see well. When I called they had me bring them in and adjusted. Still having issues so I called again. They told me to bring them in again. This time they sent them back to the lab and replaced with single vision lenses. I called over 4 times and each time they said to give it time. RecommendedDr Johnson and the staff here are great. I highly recommend having your child's vision checked out if you have a struggling reader! The eye therapy my son received was exceptional and certainly made a shocking difference in his reading! Money well spent!! I would, however, think twice before purchasinging any eyewear here again for myself. The prices for their products are more shocking in a much less pleasant way. This purchase error was my bad ...but it won't happen again.

Dr Kronberg was absolutely AMAZING with my 3 year old! She made every test into a fun game for him. You can tell she has true passion for eyes AND children. My son even told me he LOVED his "eye lady" and said he was excited to go back. I felt like the visit was thorough and not rushed at all. The receptionists were super friendly too. I even got a next day appointment when I called for information.

My 4yo son is on the spectrum. He saw Dr. Kronberg for his first eye exam last week. She was incredibly professional and kind. She immediately established a bond with him and was able to motivate him throughout the entire appointment. Not only did he complete the eye exam without issue, but he enjoyed it! He told me that she is his friend and he is SO excited to go back in a few days to pick up his glasses! So, these doctors are great! their office staff are ridiculous. I`ve had my glasses for about 10 months. I say some ridges in my lenses, the coating was peeling. they graciously accepted them back and sent the frame/lenses out to repair it. great!! I get them back lenses fixed. but the arm is now loose. after a few days it completely separates. I bring them back in. I now have to pay $50 to warranty replace the frames they broke repairing the lenses. after complaining they advised me I was lying and they have a check list an... read more
