I really like the staff at Artisan Optics. Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a nice selection of glasses and some pop up sales to see even more glasses by vendors. The front end staff is very helpful in helping you pick out lenses also. Dr. Johnson is very knowledgeable and we always have a fun time with him. The whole staff does an amazing job at making an eye appointment a pleasant experience.
Their won't be a next time. Just keep wearing your eyes will adjust he said to me. My eyes just hurt.
The vision check was great, very professional, if I was reviewing only that I would give 5 stars. The experience went down hill when I tried to buy a pair of glasses and was quoted more than $600 with insurance for progressive reading glasses with low-end plastic frames. I was told it would have been north of $1000 without the insurance. This felt very shady to me, long story short I ordered glasses online for less than 10% of what I was quoted in the office, and they are the good progressive ones with blue blockers.
There is not a better place to get top notch eye care. They are kind, friendly and very professional..
