Horrible experience they hurt my daughter, what was the purpose of ripping off one of the nails mid service?I have zero faith in any nail salons anymore. I think they all hate their jobs.
I’ve been a loyal customer at this salon for about two years and have always been happy with my nails—until my recent experiences with a nail tech named Louis. The first time he did my nails, we were the last in the salon before closing, and while still working on me, he started vaping mid-service. The second time, things got much worse. He accidentally cut his thumb and began bleeding, but instead of stopping to wash his hands and sanitize the area, he continued working—getting blood on me in the process.
