I showed up to Artisan to have them make some splashes. Connie the manager said she'd talk to Carlos the owner & get back to us. We agreed to have them do part of the job according to the price they quoted. I would not recommend working with these people at all! 0 star rating in my book. HORRIBLE business practices.
