I bought a 700$ faucet that broke after a year, I called to get a new one under warranty or a least to get the parts to repair the faucet. After various times of going back and forth, I was told that the faucet has been discounted and that I would need to buy a new one for $100 USD plus shipping and handling to Canada.

Great company! I purchased 1 steel and 3 ceramic sinks as well as the faucets I couldn't have been happier!
I have a recently installed kitchen Artisan AF 410 kitchen faucet. I noticed water pooling under the sink and discovered a pinhole in one of the supply lines of the faucet. Steel mesh tubing that was a part of the faucet itself, not connecting lines. I called the manufacturer and they gave me the go around. The guy actually told me they cover cartridges and things that wear out but not my issue. He was Clearly misstating their warranty. DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE FAUCETS !
Amazing customer service and quality sinks! I've had mine for 5 years and it still looks like new.
