We recently hired Artisan Law perform community services in which we paid our full retainer in advance. ($1800.00) Artisan Law did not render the services and is now withholding our money in which they agreed to compensate us. I spoke with Shaina Magrone who agreed and promised to refund us our money as agreed upon mutually. She and the firm has ceased all communication after agreeing to refund us money for services not performed. It has been several months since our deposit with no update.
