We experienced terrible customer service and accountability with a fireplace surround recently. The ArtisanKraft team refused to accept errors they made with fabrication that required incredible work by the on-site workers to make corrections on the fly. The pieces made by AK were beautiful but the experience with the team will prevent a future recommendation.
So far they've been exception to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I did a custom order and they were very thorough and very commutative during the whole process if when there was a hiccup on the delivery.

We are a custom luxury homebuilder in Northwest Florida and purchased a fireplace mantle and surround from Artisan Kraft. They were wonderful to work with, answered all our questions, assisted in getting all the measurements verified and delivery was a breeze! We were weary of using an online company and sending a deposit, but these google reviews helped ease our concerns. The fireplace has turned into a focal point in the house! Owners love it!
