I just had a ring remodelled by Artisan, it is absolutely gorgeous. Thank you guys for the lovely, helpful service and for creating a ring that I hardly wore into one that I can't stop looking at.
Very professional and friendly service. I had my watch resized at a different jeweller who were unable to complete. Artisan were able to do it without any worries and no charge. Very grateful for their excellent service and help!!
Very disappointed with repair of heirloom clock and he lost original key to it telling me it was “misplaced” When I asked where key was he gave a box of keys to look in but none the right one so he gave a totally different replacement key saying “well it fits” Lost part of my clock that had been together for years didn’t seem to really care as not worth anything to him. Didn’t like the confrontation and he got quite rude. Clock still not working but will never return to this store .
