The company and the people are nice and fast loading/unloading. Reason for the one star is the owner of the building screwed the drivers on hitting their dock. The entrance used to be off of 49th St. and put you sight side to back in. Nice and easy. But the owner wanted to re-landscape so he closed the entrance there and now you have to back off Grant Ave. which is near constant traffic. So thanks for putting the drivers at risk. We now have to deal with traffic, a telephone pole and a fire hydrant to hit this dock! Wonder h... read more
