I decided to try Artisan based on the positive reviews, and I'm thrilled that I did. Mike was punctual, courteous, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. I was particularly impressed when he diagnosed the main issue, a leak in my basement, within just 10-15 minutes of arriving. After fixing the leak, Mike also resolved an issue with our kitchen faucet, which had no hot water pressure. Best of all, Mike provided clear quotes upfront, so there were no surprises at the end. Our waste line exploded, which was fun, and I called Mike at Artisan on a recommendation from someone else. He was out shortly after we spoke and was able to diagnose why it happened within a few minutes of arriving, and had us up an running again within the hour. Not only were Mike and his helper knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, they were extremely reasonably priced. Great company, they will be our go to plumbers from now on, I highly recommend them!
