The team was phenomenal!!! Very professional, extremely knowledgeable and most of all customer friendly. I highly recommend arts in garage door to anyone who needs new garages installed or old garage doors repaired. It’s good to find a company that puts the customer first in today’s world.
Got my neglected garage door serviced and sealed up. Working much better than it was when we purchased this place a few months ago. Easy to communicate with and get scheduled. Their team is professional, patient, and courteous. Fairly priced and interested in making sure, as the customer, you are happy with their work. Around these parts, that is particularly hard to find and glad to have found one of the good ones to work with. Not hard to recommend them.
Three years ago, I had nothing but high praise for the excellent work performed by Clay MacLeay of Artisan Garage Door when he replaced a broken garage door: an excellent job by someone who knew—and cared about—what he was doing. On this occasion, I needed two garage door openers installed, and I’m happy to report that Clay displayed the same high standards of workmanship. Excellent experience start to finish. Kassie was able to set up an apt the next day. Clay was one of the best technicians I have met. He is not only knowledgable and efficient but also a really great guy and personable. Salt of the earth guy. He noted that the local company that had installed the doors did not install the brace (standard piece to install) which lead to my doors ripping.
