I had a great experience working with Artisan Floor Supply. Donny Crouse was awesome. He was very informative explaining the differences in flooring and gave me great tips for installation. Very professional and knowledgable. He tracked down a particular flooring for me and it looks great in my man cave. I would definately use them again and ask for Donny.
Damage to property while installing floor. Zero accountability.
The delays with artisans flooring vendor have put several other contractors behind. Caused me to pay premiums for my other contractors as they struggle ti hold time for my job. Artisan has taken no accountability and did not have the vendor relationship that they claim to have. Super disappointed.
Don’t bother calling - they don’t answer 🤷🏻♂️
Your driver can’t seem to get off his phone. He was looking down and texting for at least 5 miles. I tried to call but you don’t answer and the voice mail is full.
