I personally would not recommend this builder. My home was built in Long Cove in 2018 and I purchased it June 2021. Since moving in, I’ve had to had squirrels and birds removed from the attic multiple times due to huge openings left between the trim and roof. There are numerous gaps around the entire roof of the house. The animal removing companies both told me this is a builder issue and that I should contact Artisan. Artisan does pretty good work but they are shady to deal with. Watch your wallet and watch your back when you meet with them. Building a house is stressful enough but I don’t need to feel like my builder is my enemy. I need them to be my PARTNER.
