Just moved in and absolutely love this place. If you're on the fence then do it. Amazing amenities, great location, and absolutley stunner of a building. Thank you for the staff and special kudos to Alejandro (head of maintenance) for being on top of every little thing I had questions or issues with. My only regret was not moving in sooner.
Awesome place to live. Amazing views at night. Leasing department were the best out of 5 local high-profile luxurious buildings. Maintenance has been great and very fast responsive with any question. Could not ask for more! Great place to call home.
I've been living here since March, and the leasing office has been exceptional! They're incredibly friendly and respond very quickly. Once, I reported an out-of-service elevator just before going grocery shopping, and it was fixed by the time I returned—within less than an hour, and it was even after office hours. I was worried about having to carry all my bags and stuff if it wasn't fixed, but they totally blew my concerns away!
