Wife and I dropped in for The Murph since we needed to workout and they were extremely friendly and helpful to us. Bunk and the other staff were also very encouraging during the workout.

Went there for a competition. Awesome gym. Definitely worth drop in if in the Dothan area.
BEST GYM EVER! I can say endless positive things about this place. The coaches are amazing! They go out of their way to make sure you are safe and get an incredible workout every class - even if you modify! All you have to do is SHOW UP! The atmosphere of support and positivity will push you the rest of the way. If you were thinking about trying it, but weren’t sure - let this review be the sign that you should! 10/10 highly recommend!
