Regarding their Falls Farm construction, Artisan cut down 30 acres of trees and does not have plans to replant many of the trees that were taken down. It is building 14 homes on the land. They cut down all of the trees on the land; the homes they construct look beautiful but without a significant amount of trees like the rest of the homes in our community have, the land that their homes are on will lack a lot of character, beauty, privacy, and discretion. Building a custom home is a long and challenging process that requires good communication. Unfortunately, I feel like that is not the case here and would be hesitant to work with such a builder.
