My Y model lift-gate (trunk) was out of alignment - a common item on Teslas I found out. The day I took it in to be looked at they weren’t sure how long it would take or if they could fix it perfectly, based on this issue with Tesla’s design. They told me that the guy that can fix this would be leaving out of town for a week on Monday, so they fit me in that day (Saturday). By that afternoon they called and had it ready to go.
