I have witnessed the facilities being run into the ground by a team who incomprehensibly turned what could have been a descent place into an abyss of uncertainty. 1.) Maintenance/Stalking issues. 2.) Poor communication and overall lack of integrity. 3.) If it breaks you buy it! Same rules apply here. If your washer or dryer fail, be ready to get a cheap replacement you pay top dollar for. 4.) Expect everyone on the premises to be miserable and all connected to the same staggering brain cell.
