Long-term client of Artisan Mosman. To be clear, the clinical staff are excellent. Nurse Myra is consistently professional and delivers outstanding care. Ash at reception was courteous and proactive and did her best to resolve an issue that should never have reached the clinic level. My concern is with management and business practices, specifically a misleading “loyalty” incentive.
