I’ve been here for over 1 year. The tenants are fine and the grounds are clean. However since losing Stephanie it’s been trouble. She was so responsive to ANYTHING big or small. Now I have no ideal who to contact because there is a HUGE staff turnover. Emails/ messages never answered. You literally have to go to the office to catch someone ( if they are here). I must say they are perfectly fine and professional, so I’m thinking it’s lack of staff. ALSO FOR SOME REASON THE AIR CONDITIONER IN THE GYM HASNT WORKED WELL IN OVER ... read more
He was friendly, worked efficiently, and answered all questions I had.
As usual the Artisan has proven to be one of the best rental locations in Brentwood area. I disconnected my ice maker while cleaning. I informed Steven, one of our awesome property managers and within 24 hours it was reconnected, AND they cleaned out my freezer!!!! I’m so grateful for the above and beyond service. I have ice!!!!
