I’d advise against renting at Artisan 4100 or Studio 3807. This is a list of things that happened to me as a business renter and for my last year a tenant. 1. Took over 6 months for my second business lease to be done due to uncertainties about the correct submeter to install. Installation of a submeter was agreed to before my original 2021 two year lease began. 2. The “submeter” that was chosen and installed wasn’t a submeter but a gauge to read electrical current. 3.
