This apartment living condition is unsatisfactory and unprofessional. Staff are most of the time unreachable, emails go unanswered for days/weeks and phones go unanswered most of the time. My car got vandalized, my car was hit in the parking lot, I have been calling and sent several emails to management for other options to resolve my concerns no one has responded to my emails nor returned my calls. Since our move-in, we have faced persistent issues nearly every other week in our apartment. Despite submitting multiple maintenance requests, the issues are either not resolved fully or are given only temporary, superficial fixes.
