I experienced good service initially, but I had a negative encounter with the office manager at the Plantation location. I spoke with him about scheduling my crown follow up and asked for flexibility on paying the ins amount owed $447.90. While he suggested a $300 down payment, I explained that I could only afford to pay half now and the rest at my follow-up appointment. Me sentí en casa, ir al odontólogo no es algo que tú desees visitar máximo cuando se han tenido traumas en las visitas en tu niñez. Fue fabuloso dar con la doctora Matute, tiene una mano como invisible, literal no sentí dolor, ya se donde vendrán mis hijos mi esposa y yo de ahora en adelante.
