Dear Team Artis, I would also like to give a special shout-out to Jenn, Director of Life Enrichment. She works tirelessly to bring a variety of stimulating activities to the residents each day. Residents can easily be engaged, if they want to, from morning through early evening, seven days a week. She and her staff make sure to get them to -arrive in the Community Room on time and return them to their neighborhoods afterwards, with the help of some very special Care Partners too. I would like to pay Tribute to Lauren W. RN, who has gone above and beyond for caring for a Family Member at Artis/Somers. Shortly before Christmas , I notices a few Medical Issues with my family Member, and alerted Lauren. Lauren became very concerned, and visited my Family Member several times over the next several weeks. What makes Lauren truly amazing, she kept in close telephone contact with me, as well as calling me as she met with the Artis/Somers in-house Medical Doctor. Fran Frauiola and Jenn Krumholtz are both thoughtful, kind and thorough women who have been very friendly, helpful and valuable to Jackie and me. Thanks for all your help and advice. I feel at peace knowing that Jackie is in such competent, kind and good hands. Artis is lucky to have such caring people.
White Glove Service. That about sums it up. The level of care and attentiveness is crazy. Request any change or new idea or bring something to their attention, it's done before you have time to circle back. Bravo to the ARTIS Somers team.
