Johnathan worked with me on my father’s home that had suffered major flood damage. The claim was further complicated because my father was very sick and I had to handle things from a distance. He went above and beyond explaining the process, researching the claim and made himself available to answer all of my questions. He handled things promptly and we were happy with the resolution. I highly recommend Artis Public Adjusters. Johnathan’s genuine concern for his clients made this awful situation much more bearable.

Perhaps you’ve had a similar experience as me. I had someone knock at my door and say my area was hit by a storm and they could help me with an insurance claim to fix the damage. After I started the claim process I was ghosted by this company. I was lost with an insurance check sitting on my desk when I googled and found Artis. I hired Johnathan to adjust an insurance claim to my house after a large hail storm. The damage was substantial, but the insurance company maintained we had a minimal claim. My house is old and the roof line and structure is pretty complicated. I'm a General contractor and I knew that state farm was undercutting the price of the repairs, but I didn't know how to dispute the claim. Artis is simply the best. Calm, smart and knows what they are doing. What I think I was most impressed about is that any question I had was answered. And if for some reason there was even the slightest doubt of what the answer was it was checked into. Great people to work with.
