Great workout! If you can do difficult things in the gym then you can handle anything life throws at you. Artis is the place to prove that theory
Honestly this is by far the best palace for beginners and if ur experienced u will enjoy it even more. Try it once the owner and trainer are soooo friendly and will help get the right workouts for u unlike other places where u feel ur left alone. I would suggest give this a try and u will for sure like it. So many classes to choose from and u would love working with RAY .
