If you want to work very closely with a trainer this is your place! He watches you very, very close and makes sure to avoid injury. If you feel something hurting while you work out he shows you how change your positioning. He works on nutrition, and works hard on habit development. I have avoided exercise for a long time and going to this gym makes me want to make it a regular habit. Make this a priority in your life. It will be one of the smartest things you’ve done for yourself.
