I'm a DIY Gal and didn't want to go here but had no choice - needed the stripped oil plug loosened so I could get it out. Instead, the dealership took the plug completely out, drained all of the oil, and did a costly oil change without my knowledge. Cost $$$ - since I am a DIY'r I already had the filter and 6 quarts of oil in the Jeep to do it myself, but someone before me had stripped that plug and the dealer I bought it from (Capitol Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram in New London) took no responsibility for it, noticing it, or r... read more
Not a fan of the illegal history of this place up through 1999-2000. Didn't want to go here but had no choice - needed the stripped oil plug out.
