I am in complete utter disbelief of the horrible customer service I just received from what looks like the office manager slash Head Nurse of this facility. Not only did they give me a time to come in and see the doctor for the first time today at 1:45 p.m. but when I showed up 45 minutes early the office manager was closing her office early for lunch with a sign saying they were closed for an hour which would have been during my appointment time at which point she argue with me saying she did not give me that appointment ti... read more
