More than 5 for Frankie always responding giving advice on Turf and over delivering for us 110% without him, I would not be there. Customer service is the key for us .
We moved into our brand new home in December. The pool company we went with uses this company to do the turf. Tom and his team installed our turf in February and ruined/stained our brand new patio. When I informed Tom about this, he took no accountability for this and stated they do not use any sort of liquid. Something had to have been used to stain our patio where the turf was installed. Start to finish, excellent experience. Stopped by and was greeted and received some great information. Received samples and pricing information. Reached out for a quote and Alex came out. No pressure but very informative and professional. We chose our grass and we're scheduled fairly quick. On day of installation a large crew showed up and completed all the prep work and installation. Didn't take responsibility for their errors. They left an older, active drip line underneath the turf which should never be done because eventually it will leak and need to be replaced. They must not be very knowledgeable about irrigation lines in AZ. When our old line leaked under the turf it was suddenly the error of a subcontractor, but when you sign the contract nothing is said about subs. We had to have our own repair done and once it was, it was apparent that a small patch piece was used next to the driveway. Again, po... read more
