It is always someone else's fault when something goes wrong with this business. Just check out the responses from the owner on all of the review sites and make up your own mind. I would never do business with them again.
3/26/26 The response posted today from my post on 12/17/25 is a full on lie. You were never at Walgreens, and you never walked past me, because no one walked past me at that time. It is a shame that another veteran would put out something like this. What I described is what actually happened. Go ahead and contact your lawyer. Overall service was great. The initial consultation was very professional and the sales manager (Richard) was very polite and knowledgeable. Once the work began they finished our backyard within a couple days. Very happy with the price and the work completed. They made our small backyard feel large and functional. Would definitely recommend Artificial grass masters!!
The work was completed on 1/10/26. I have reached out to the main sales manager and the office 8 times and have not gotten a final invoice. The main office answers the phone, requests for your call back information, and you never receive a call back. I am not too sure why the main office cannot provide a final invoice.
