Update: The "owner" responded to my review timely and said he would call to discuss. So far - no call. You say you want to help your customers. I really would like to see that. Artificial Grass Masters did a great job installing our grass both in front and in back a few years ago. Unfortunately, we have an irrigation leak to a Ficus tree in the middle of the grass. Usually a helpful group of people if not a bit chaotic. Hired AGM to install some turf in our backyard a few years ago and in November reached out to get a DIY kit so I can add some more. Delivery was a few days late and the project manager communicated this well with me; even offering up a $200 refund to say sorry. No big deal, great customer service! Had our grass and pavers installed in 2020. When we were quoted, we wanted to have drainage installed under the down spots from our patio as we've had some flooding of our backyard due to the way the yard was grated. Water would come up to our patio door during heavy monsoons. The salesmen told us we wouldn't need it and that they would re-grate our backyard and install the grass and pavers on a slight slate to divert the excess water towards and down our side yard moving towards the street. When your website says "Visit our conveniet showroom!" Literally posted on your website and hours say closed Saturday and Sunday but open monday-friday One would think you would let people come see your products like any other flooring store out there. Nothing Convenient about it at all... Drove all the way over here to have the lady on the phone say by appointment only on Saturdays?.. What a waste of time and crappy not having it posted on your website anyplace. I won't bother coming here again.
