The artificial grass was fine, it’s the responsiveness of the company that’s horrible. They don’t call back and if you need a repair it will take years for them to reply. Don not use!
Crew didnt follow manufacturers guidelines and installed putting green even though it had imperfections. Foreman was unprofessional. Had to complain to salesman about debris left all over. Poor clean up. I was forced into signing a completion wavier so manufacturers would warranty work.Manufacturers have not called me back. I'm left with a10k job I dont like. I would us anyone else. 👎
