Would not even give a star at all if I didn't have to. Just called to see if they accepted out insurance and the lady on the phone was super rude. Said she doesn't check until you are a patient at this facility she is not going to go out of her way to check for anyone. Do not recommend. Will find some else to treat my son
I recently moved to Birmingham and switched my psychiatrist to Dr. Artie Nelson. He is amiable, pleasant and knowlegeable. I would reccommend Dr. Nelson to anyone. I give Dr. Nelson five stars.
