We had Artic windows put in our vinyl windows over 20 years ago, and they still look like new. We have had no problems with them. They took down our old jalousie windows, and installed the new ones in one afternoon. They did a beautiful job, and I would highly recommend them.
I am very dissapointed in Artic Window. They replaced 5 of my wood windows and in 7 years, the bottom is rotting out and I have painted the windows twice in those 7 years. They will not stand by there work and wont do anything to fix the problem. They even forgot to caulk the windows and I had to do it myself a year after they left.
